Business Etiquette in Mexico - What's "On Time?"

While tardiness is seen as a sign of disrespect or irresponsibility in the U.S.,  Mexicans are more flexible when it comes to this, usually arriving at least 15 minutes late to a meeting. However, their interactions with Americans have made them more accustomed to beginning meetings on time.
