Chile's President Piñera is visiting Mexico today and tomorrow to "review the Bilateral Commerce Treaty and the evolution of the Pacific Agreement with Mexico’s President Calderon. He will have a private meeting with his Mexican counterpart at the official presidential residence, Los Pinos.
The Bilateral Commerce Treaty was re-inforced in 2006 with the Strategic Association Agreement. The Pacific Agreement, signed in April, is also shared by Colombia and Peru, and looks to integrate the free economy between the countries and to formulate a common strategy for international markets."
