Though I do enjoy the chocolates left on hotel pillows sometimes, it's especially nice to get another unexpected touch that you remember as a guest. This guest recalls having a nightly shell with an inspirational quote on their pillow while staying at a hotel in St. John. It's a perfect opportunity for hotels to add a touch of culture reflecting their surroundings and remind guests of where they are.
