Hyatt - Good Quality Beer Versus Free Beer

The Hyatt has changed its decision to offer "free beer and wine at the nightly manager's receptions at its extended stay hotels." The hotel chain has revamped its offerings to include good quality beer (that guests pay for) at the after-hours reception for its 54 extended-stay hotels. Is this something that will deter travelers from staying at these extended-stay "Hyatt House" hotels or benefit them?
