Chile, Brazil and Mexico: Most Investor Friendly Nations in Latin America

Per an annual scorecard from the Latin American Venture Capital Association, Chile, Brazil and Mexico are the most investor-friendly environments for venture capital and private equity in Latin America. Mexico retained its third place ranking namely due to allowing state pension funds invest in local private equity funds through publicly-traded development capital certificates (CKDs).
