Don't Overlook Tijuana's Growing Aerospace Manufacturing

From Mexico Today - The Mexican state of Baja California and the Mexican city of Tijuana are leading the aerospace industry in manufacturing of parts and components, MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) and engineering.

Baja California has a reputation for having over 40 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, AS9100 and NADCAP certified companies and a positive business labor environment.

Both areas are encouraging of educating and cultivating a talent pool. Currently three universities offer aerospace-related educational programs and the students in Tijuana number 33,500 university students and near 50,000 students in technical schools.
