Mexico Becoming Popular Destination for International Conventions
In 2010, Mexico saw a 31% increase in meetings - leading Mexico to become the world's 22nd most popular vacation destination country for international conventions. In 2009, Mexico's ranking was 27th. Mexico City held the majority of Mexico's 140 international conventions. Mexico City took 15th place on the international list of top host convention cities and 5th in the Americas. Mexico’s tourism investment is paying off.

World Bank Calls Mexico Easiest Latin American Country in Which to Run a Company
Looking to start a business in Mexico? According to the World Bank's 2011 Annual Report, Mexico is the easiest Latin American country in which to run a company. The report, called "Doing Business in Mexico," provides financial details on items like starting a business, protecting investors, and getting credit. It also includes procedures for how to set up a business in Mexico.
